「Epsilon Esports」C:SGO部門が解散

ベルギーを拠点とするeSportsチーム「Epsilon Esports」がCSGO部門を解散した事を発表しています。

Epsilonは2008年にCounter Strike Sorceの部門を設立、2011年には現在コメンテーターやアナリストとして活躍するHenryGが所属しており、2013年にはJW、flusha等のスウェーデンのプレイヤーがチームでプレイ、2014年~2015年にかけてはフランスのラインナップで構成されていました。

2018年の1月よりはCRUC1AL、SPELLAN等の多国籍のプレイヤーで構成されており、国際チームとして活動しました。しかし、DreamHackやESL等の国際大会への出場はかなわず今年の5月にはチームのスタープレイヤーであるk1toがSproutへ移籍しました。

また、チームのキャプテンであるSPELLANによるとEpsilon解散後も、同じメンバーでプレイを続け、新しい組織を探していると明らかになっています。
