Thorin「現在s1mpleは世界最高のプレイヤーです」

eスポーツジャーナリストとして知られるThorinがTwitterで発言した内容がコミュニティで話題となっています。

Thorinは自身のTwitterにて「現在s1mpleは世界最高のプレイヤーです。誰も彼のレベルに近づいていません。」とツイート、現在の調子を維持すれば2020年No.1プレイヤーになる可能性が高いことを示唆しました。

s1mple is the best player in the world right now and it's not particularly close.

今年1月、Natus VincereはGuardiaNをベンチに入れs1mpleをメインAWPerへ転向、ラインナップ・Roleを変更し3つの大会に出場しましたが、s1mpleはいずれの大会も好スコアを記録、アナリストとして知られるpimpは今年に入ってからのZywOo、s1mpleのスコアを比較し、「まだ年の初めであり、比較するには情報が少ないですが、今年度のシーンも興味深いものになるでしょう。」とツイートしています。

In comparison this is ZywOo 2020 thus far:

BLAST Premier: 6 maps, 1.17 rating
IEM Katowice 6 maps, 1.11 rating.

This is still very early on to the year, and the sample size is minimal. It is nonetheless gonna be interesting to follow this year!
